Back Up Policy
The data saved in your database is backed up every 5 minutes and stored for 35 days. Your data can be fully restored to any 5 minute point within the previous 35 days.
The files saved in your storage are backed up every hour and stored for 30 days, then once per month for 12 months, then once per year. Your files can be restored from any of these backups.
