Step by Step Guide
In your admin dashboard under the ‘Settings’ menu item is the option to ‘Split up the process of posting a job and registering a customer?’
The standard layout of the post a job page allows customers to post their job and register at the same time. As seen in the picture below it can feel overwhelming to have to fill in so many fields at once.
This feature splits the job posting and registration steps. A customer can fill in their job details, and click ‘Get Quotes’ (unless you have changed this button label). Once they have completed posting the job a pop-up window will then appear asking the customer to enter their data to register or login.
The benefit of this layout is that it has a higher conversion rate of new customers posting a job and registering as they feel less overwhelmed by the many input fields to fill at one time.
